Adaptahaus was formed from ADA (Alan Dawson Associates). ADA’s Director, Alan Dawson, has worked in art and architectural metalwork for over 35 years. ADA have produced innovative, high quality, bespoke metalworks for all types of projects, including: Canary Wharf, Bluewater, The New Bullring, Disneyland Paris, Wembley Stadium and the O2 Arena.

With a deficit of dwellings in the UK and the need for more sustainable homes, a gap in the market was identified.

Adaptahaus’s unique approach sets it apart from the competition. The house is designed to conform to level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and, in addition to this, being entirely factory pre-fabricated, quality control will guarantee its high standard of build and site construction time will be at an absolute minimum. Because there are no structural internal walls the “lifetime home” component of the Code will be exemplary.
